Ugh!!!

I'm posting this picture in hopes of getting some "public" opinion. Geoff called me into the study the other night and showed me this car seat. I immediately saw the color and said, "NO". In fact, I was so blown away by the ugly orange that I totally missed the part that it is actually a University of Virginia carseat by Britax. (This of course disappointed Geoff that I didn't notice) He seems to think that this could be his car seat for his vehicle and that I'd have a different one. This is not girly... not one teeny, tiny bit! I need your opinions people! Please!!

What happened to my hubby that picked out the cute furniture, bedding, adorable high chair and stroller? I want him back!! I think this one will be a better choice.

(This orange reminds me of a "Paint sampling issue" that I had with Geoff last summer... something about him and orange I guess. Maybe I'll tell that story one day!)

Even though I am a UVA alumni (Go Hoos!) I cannot support your husband in this choice! =) Britax is good though...tell him that he gets to choose the brand and you get to choose the color! Happiness all around! (Can you tell I'm a naive single?!)

Srry uncle Geoff but i have to agree with aunt Wanda orange will not to yuck! Yuck! yuck! but the brand is a good one i just don't like the color

but if we have to settle an argument.......GET them both......the orange one for daddys car......and the pinky one for mommys car.......its awhole lot easier having two carseats...then having to pull one out from car to car....and besides that......LET Geoff drive around with that ORANGEY one in his car......

I had a major problem with the orange carseat when talking with Sara yesterday, but you got to let a daddy be a daddy. I think it's great that he has so much interest in all this baby stuff that is usually left up soley to the Mother. So let him ride around with the ugly thing.

Well, once again my dear niece is showing her wisdom that is well beyond her years. You have a point Jenna. This whole debate has been fun though. I'm not really even sure if he really truly wants that one or just loves to tease me. We shall see!

But on second thought, why can't he go with a nice leather Eddie Bauer??

Forrest may have been on target when he said," Life is like a Box of Chocolates. You never know which ones will be the nuttiest.
As far as car seat colors go, Orange you glad I didn't pick the red one?

Geoff, one ? do you drink ? this could acount for the color orange one to many for this being your first child no one sober man would ride a sweet little one around in a orange car seat this will give her a stomach ache.

The ugly orange seat might be okay for an 80 pound son of an avid hunter because other hunters would surely be able to see him as you approached the woods!!!But NOT for our precious little Lexi! Girls in our family are born with instincts about our appearance and we wouldn't want Lexi ashamed to be seen riding around town in that ride!!!!Lets think about her in this choice, maybe you could buy her an orange football t-shirt to burp up on at home for a compromise!Proud, Precious, Pretty, Pink and most important LEXI!!!!There shouldn't be a debate!
