I try to keep our blog up to date to tell the crazy stories and happenings that go on around our house. My camera is ALWAYS out and ready for picture taking. Finding the necessary time to blog them is not always easy. Last Friday Brennen spent the night with us and I took the kids outside to play. The weather has been AWESOME! It’s been nice and breezy, NOT HUMID and just perfect. So I was really enjoying sitting outside watching them play. I even got another bag of play sand and put it out for them. (Lexi and Brennen have already “redistributed” 100 lbs. of sand in our back yard. I’ll try to let the pictures tell the story. Geoff was totally grossed out but I thought it was funny!
These two are like peas in a pod. A little dirt (sand) never hurt anyone and besides it has to taste better than the soap I used to eat when I was a kid!

Those two are so cute together! And I agree - sand has to taste better than all that soap you ate as a baby! Mom could have never used soap as a punishment for bad words with you! You liked it too much, you even ate that homemade soap Grandma Thompson would make!!
